New Facilities
Kaiser Permanente opened four new medical facilities in the neighborhoods of South Lake Union and Ballard in Seattle, West Olympia, and Smokey Point. My creative partner and I led the approach for marketing the new facilities.
We developed window graphics for the South Lake Union medical facility and used that work as a model that we employed at the other facilities. In doing so, we were able to share information about the clinicians and the services that would be available while reducing the scope of work for the team.
These graphics were just one component in a new facility opening campaign that also included targeted mailers, social media, email campaigns, event invitations, digital displays, and experiential marketing events.
