Boeing Proposal
My creative partners and I were tasked with creating a piece to support a discussion between Boeing and Kaiser Permanente (KP) executives and position KP as a top choice for Boeing's ACO offering. We produced an in-depth proposal in a short timeframe, highlighting KP's strengths in care and quality and addressed specific challenges noted by Boeing: member experience, brand perception, and cost.
I served as the lead writer on the project. Most well received by Boeing executives were the few member journeys I developed. These helped clearly illustrate how KP's various initiatives, programs, facilities, specialties, and services could serve Boeing's many employees in ways that could boost convenience and reduce presenteeism and absenteeism. This piece was the first of many in a lengthy process that won Boeing's business for KP.
