Amazon Pitch

Kaiser Permanente leaders earned a coveted 90-minute meeting with Amazon executives for an initial unstructured conversation about bringing KP care and coverage to Amazon employees. My creative design partner and I were tasked with creating a tool that would function as a leave-behind and support the conversation and help position KP as a serious partner to Amazon.

 

The ask: Make it short. Make it simple. Make an impact.

 

We were already aware that Amazon was no longer using digital presentations for meetings and had instead begun using structured memos that attendees spend time reading at the start of a meeting before engaging in conversation. We modeled our deliverable on this memo, keeping our content as brief and focused as possible. I mined Amazon's Leadership Principles, workplace culture, and vernacular to conceptualize and create the content for this piece.
